The meat tenderizer insert consists of two cutter blocks that comprise 41 cutter discs with almost 1,000 cutting edges. The strip slicer insert consists of 90, 60 or 46 cutter discs for strip widths of 4, 6 or 8 mm. The product being sliced can be up to 30 mm thick. Driven by an AC motor and special belt; low noise and maintenance free.

Large feed opening integrated in protective cover for fast and easy acceptance of the individual pieces. Cleaning is facilitated by simple dismantling of the parts that become soiled.

The tenderizer / strip slicer has been approved for safety and hygiene according to EC Machines Directive 89/392/EEC by an accredited test laboratory under registered design test No. 94017 and GS safety test No. 94046. The EC Declaration of Conformity contained in the operating manual verifies compliance with the regulations.
