Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. A “change of mind” includes situations such as ordering the wrong size or product. Change-of-mind returns will be accepted if they meet the following guidelines:
- Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
- Pre-Approval: You must obtain pre-approval before returning any item. Please contact us for return authorization.
- Proof of Purchase: Items must be returned with proof of purchase within 7 days of receiving return approval.
- Special Orders: Special order items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original condition, including all packaging materials and accessories.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to change-of-mind returns.
- Customised Items: Items that require setup or customisation are not eligible for a full refund. The refund amount will be determined during the return approval process.
Faulty Product Returns or Repairs
If your product is faulty, incorrectly described, or significantly different from the sample shown, we will offer an exchange or refund, provided that:
- The item is returned undamaged within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
- We reserve the right to rectify or repair the faulty item free of charge before considering a refund or exchange.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method only. Please note:
- Exclusions: Delivery charges and customisation costs for online orders are non-refundable.
