1. MEETING
We spend the time to talk to you and learn about your business, we research the best solutions for your individual needs.
2. PLANNING
We consult with management to determine what is required from the system. From this information we plan the foundation of the data.
3. CONFIGURATION
Data will be entered and your system configuration will begin.
4. INSTALLATION
A day is planned for the installation of the LIVE system. Prior to this, time is spent testing network points, assigning and labelling final key tops, and making adjustments to the operation of the system with the LAN.
5. SUPPORT
Remote support for first 6 months included excluding new items/features.
