Yes – BUT you cannot use just any weighing scales! They have to be purpose built scales. There are various coin and note counting scales available. Check out our online store for your options!

Why is my note counter skipping notes?2019-10-25T10:59:15+10:00

Your note counter may be skipping notes due to the wear on the rollers. You will need the rollers throughout the machine replaced for accuracy when counting notes.

Will the future release of the Next Generation Banknotes work in my machine?2019-10-25T10:41:38+10:00

Only if you have already upgraded. Once you have upgraded your machine to accept the $5 note, all other denominations will work. Some manufactures have inbuilt a NGB Calibration for ease. If you have a note sorter, it will need to be upgraded after each new note is released.

The new notes has new and improved designs and features. If the Next Generation Banknotes are not accepted by your machine, you will need to update the software in the machine otherwise some equipment will need to be replaced.
