1. Why is my toner smudging once printed?

When your toner doesn’t set properly it can smudge and smear over the page, this is because your fuser is faulty. You will have to replace the fuser in your machine.

2. Why won’t my printer turn on?

Common occurrences are the power lead has been unplugged or switched off at the power socket. Make sure that all leads are plugged in and switched on. Next step, check to see if your printer is turned on.  If these steps are not useful you will have to be in further contact with EBE as the problem may be internal

3. Why does my printer say offline?

There are many reasons why your printer would go offline. They range from connectivity issues to a powered-down printer. Most of the time you can bring your printer back online with a few clicks in windows. If not try rebooting your printer (turning it off and restarting it). Check to see that it is connected to your computer (local printers) or, if it is a networked printer, that it has connectivity. (See if the green link light is on, on the network connection).
