Check the Certificate of Approval 6/4C/219 at https://www.measurement.gov.au for anything regarding the use of d and not e. Nothing is found.
For a weighing test we use e and not d as the scale verification interval.
So we disregard the last digit and the equation is 350.24g / 0.01g = 35024e.
From table 2 in NITP6.1-6.4 we see that 35024e for a Class II scale the MPE is determined from the third row.
Therefore the MPE is ±1.5e or ±0.015g.
